Marketing & Promotion:
Varies between 1-3% of total value or 5-15% of total profit value, depending on project value. Proportional to business value (high-value business with low markup, and vice versa).
Affiliate and Consultancy/Consultant:
Similar markup as marketing & promotion (1-3% of total value or 5-15% of total profit value), but generally less.
Joint Venture (JV):
More responsibility than marketing & promotion, affiliate, and consultancy/consultant.
JV profit share should be between 2-5% of total value or 10-25% of total profit value, based on project/business value (proportional).
Joint Venture (JV):
We are willing to make a JV with the following profit-sharing slabs:
SR 0-30 Million: Between 5% on total value or 25% on total profit value (depending on project/business value).
SR 30.1-50 Million: Between 4% on total value or 20% on total profit value.
SR 50.1-100 Million: Between 3% on total value or 15% on total profit value.
SR 100.1 & above Million: Between 2.5% on total value or 12.5% on total profit value.
Legal Partnership:
We are offering legal partnerships with new or existing entities with the following profit-sharing slabs:
SR 0-30 Million: Between 4% on total value or 20% on total profit value.
SR 30.1-50 Million: Between 3.5% on total value or 17.5% on total profit value.
SR 50.1-100 Million: Between 3% on total value or 15% on total profit value.
SR 100.1 & above Million: Between 2% on total value or 10% on total profit value.
After Signoff JV Legal Partnership:
Prepare a joint profile that includes JV partnership notes or certificates.
Mention both company logos and names on the website.
Create a JV website with an email ID.
All job-related matters should be signed off under the JV name.
Bypassing these procedures will be considered a breach of the agreement.
Second Partner’s Clients List:
The second partner should provide their clients’ details.
This information is not part of the agreement.
Clients’ information should be provided before signoff.
Payment Mode:
JV: 3-4 payment cycles, with the first payment at 50% of total project/business value upon sign-off. Complete settlement within 6-8 months or as mutually agreed.
